Exterior Inspection

  • Check all fluid levels, including oil, coolant, brake fluid and windshield washer fluid.
  • Ensure that all lights, including headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals are working correctly.
  • Inspect the windshield, windows, and mirrors for any cracks or damage that might impair visibility.
  • Emptied black and grey tanks?
  • Enough fresh water?
  • Disconnected power, water and sewer?
  • Shut off the gas supply and make sure external hatch doors are secured. If you're unsure about the different gases commonly used in motorhomes, our guide to motorhome gas types explains the differences between Propane and Butane.
